The Infertility Awareness Association of Canada
If you’re hoping to create a family . . .
If getting pregnant is taking longer than you thought . . .
If you’re worried about fertility . . .
If you need to know more . . .
If you need someone to
talk to . . .
You are not alone.
One Canadian couple in six is unable to conceive in the first 12 months.
This is why IAAC is here for you.
The Infertility Awareness Association of Canada (IAAC) provides assistance to Canadians who are experiencing difficulty conceiving or carrying a pregnancy. For these people, the inability to conceive a child may be the most profound medical and emotional challenge they ever face.
IAAC has helped thousands of women and men make careful, well-informed decisions about fertility treatment, adoption and childfree living.
As the voice of the community for family building and fertility awareness in Canada, IAAC is the only established patient advocacy group with a nationwide network of support groups mandated to promote reproductive health.
Through support, awareness, and education, IAAC helps patients to embrace the possibilities before them.
"Parenthood is a joyful, challenging, and enriching experience, and one most of us take for granted. But for 600,000 Canadians coping with infertility, building a family can feel like an insurmountable hurdle. As the voice of the infertile community for family building in Canada, IAAC provides the unbiased information they need to make informed choices."
